The San Mateo county health dept is reporting on vaccine data at their web site.
https://www.smchealth.org/data-dashboard...tions-data
The figures reported are initially confusing. A few minutes with the calculator and it makes more sense. I would have chosen different wording
"Vaccine Doses Administered by Date", graph by date and line with cumulative info = Total Doses (58720)
"Total Vaccine Doses Administered" (58,750) , close enough to the above
"Total Individuals Vaccinated" (48,826) = number who have received at least one dose
"% Vaccinated"Â = percentage of population that got one dose = 6.3%
The percentage who got both doses is 1.3% and not directly shown (population of the county is 780,273)
"% Completed Vaccination Series" = of those individuals that got 1 or 2 doses, what percent got 2
The next page is initially disturbing. The first page lists vaccinations by Walgreens and CVS (those that do long term care facilities). I didn't read the fine print that said the VA, Walgreens and CVS don'e necessarily report to the county. I just assumed they were counted even though M_T said they weren't in SCC. This page,
https://www.smchealth.org/data-dashboard...aphic-data
makes one think that age group 35-44 got the most vaccinations. I bet that the elderly are underrepresented due to the VA, Walgeens, and CVS numbers. Much of the remainder are younger health care workers and the like.
