One thing I am looking at is how countries are opening up.  Take the UK, where infection rates have plummeted despite the Delta (India) variant. Yet the US remains on their "amber" list, meaning even vaccinated travelers testing negative must quarantine for 10 days.  If the progress to date is not sufficient to more the US to the "green" list, what else might be required, or is this a long-term situation?
